One of the crypto exchange platforms in Indonesia, PT Indodax Nasional Indonesia or Indodax is down so users cannot access it.
Based on a notification via the company’s official Twitter account, Tuesday (19/7/2022) Indodax is in the process of system repair or maintenance which will be completed at 16.00 WIB.
In response to this, the company’s management disclosed information about Indodax’s long maintenance today. The company said there are several points that need to be conveyed from the maintenance process.

“Indodax held a long maintenance for trade engine updates in our system. With this update, INDODAX will have a much more optimal system to serve the buying and selling of crypto for our members,” wrote the company, Tuesday, July 19, 2022.
“In the future, with this new trade engine, members can transact much more comfortably, much faster and much more stable,” continued the company information.
Even so, the company said that users should not feel afraid because all investors’ assets are guaranteed to be safe.
“Indodax members don’t have to worry about the nominal money and assets in our wallet. We can ensure that members’ rupiah currency and crypto assets are safe when optimizing our system,” said the company.
“Hopefully, from the two information we convey, it can provide clarity of information,” concluded the company information.
